Corn High Protein Starch (Vixim Starch HP), includes fiber and protein, provides texture, water retention even in freeze cycles. Our Vixim Starch HP can totally or partially replace other starches, such as a potato starch or a modified corn starch.
With Vixim Starch HP, our customers can develop products that provide similar properties than a potato starch or a modified starch. The high protein content helps in the manufacturing process of dressings and mayonnaise, avoiding phase separation with cost optimization.
