Vixim PISUM 80: Non-GMO Pea Flour (without pericarp)
Pea Flour (without pericarp) can be used to manufacture expanded snacks, cereals, gluten free pasta, baked products, or industrial usages.
This ingredient is a rich source of protein, dietary fiber, phosphorous, potassium, thiamine, niacin, folates and vitamin C.
Our pea flour, VIXIM PISUM 80 acts as an excellent vitamin source. A regular person could be covering up to 1/3 of the daily need of vitamin C and vitamin K, only by consuming 150 grams of pea flour, while at the same time consume it in some other vitamins, such as vitamin A and vitamin B1.
Vixim Pisum 80 holds a bomb of vitamins and minerals, such as antioxidant flavonoids that help reduce cholesterol levels, build stronger bones and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.
